As a light roast Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate, and then softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to add the balance. The result is a cup that can be consumed by itself, or with cake or milk chocolate. It would complement lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee Beans 1kg arabica. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee as it can result in unpleasant odors appearing in your cup.
