The Bowers and Wilkins PX7 S2 is a premium model with a variety of features like 24-bit wireless streaming, active noise cancellation optimized and clear voice calls on any compatible mobile device or tablet. Its custom-designed 40mm drivers are carefully placed inside each earcup for an even more focused and immersive listening experience. Six strategically placed microphones provide outstanding clarity for calls even in noisy surroundings. A remote inline and microphone let you control your music and calls using any compatible device.

The headphones sport a similar elegant and refined design as the original PX7. They have accent rings around the earcups as well as a silver sheen for the headband. The memory foam earcups fit well but not too tight on the cranium. The new shape and form was developed over the course of several months and provides an incredibly comfortable clamping pressure that doesn't press hard on my own skull, which is a rotund one.

At 10.8 ounces (or 307g) They're 2 ounces lighter that the Sony WH-1000XM5, and are a touch thinner. They're light enough to fit in your backpack or bag without much discomfort, and will remain comfortably in place for long listening sessions. A strong hinge on the back of the headband allows you to fold them up to make it easy to transport them in a protective case.

The headphones are powered by Bluetooth 5.2 and aptX Adaptive. This is ideal for high-resolution audio aswell for a tight video sync. The 3.5mm cord connects to the USB-C port that is located on the right earcup. The status indicator on the earphone is a nice addition. It flashes green to show rapid charging and the headphone shop solid blue to signal Bluetooth pairing.

The B&W app has similar controls to the onboard buttons in the hardware including bass and treble adjustment and assigning action buttons, wear detection, cycle through ANC modes and more. The app also displays an album cover and track's name when you play music using your iPhone. The most popular extras like music presets and soundscapes mode are not available, however.

The Anker Soundcore Life Q20 are a great pair of headphones that will do the trick for anyone looking to relax or simply needs a cheap pair of noise-cancelling headphones. The headphones come with a basic bag which protects the headphones when you place them in the bag. The battery will last for a long time on long-haul flights. Their ANC does a great job of blocking out chattering seatmates and The Headphone Shop engine rumbles on an airplane, although their audio profile is a bit warm and bass-heavy.
